Day 1 Melbourne
Arrive and transfer to selected city-center hotel. You have the option to dine onboard the famous Tramcar Restaurant tonight. Rest of evening at leisure
Day 2 Melbourne
City Sights morning tour. In the afternoon, travel to Phillip Island to visit the Koala conservation Center and view the famous Penguin Parade.
Day 3….Melbourne
Travel the Great Ocean Road en route to Port Campbell National Park. See the seaside resorts of Lorne and Apollo Bay, the Twelve Apostles, the remains of London Bridge and Loch Ard Gorge.
Day 4 Alice Springs
Transfer to Melbourne Airport for early morning flight to Alice Springs. On arrival, transfer to Alice Springs hotel. Afternoon tour of this historic Outback town.
Day 5 Kata Tjuta
Depart early for Ayers Rock Resort, stopping at the camel farm en route. Travel through desert plains of mysterious Kata Tjuta (the Olgas). Enjoy a 2-3 hour walk through the domes of the Valley of the Winds lookout. Sunset, wind, dinner and stargazing.
Day 6 Uluru (Ayers Rock)
See Uluru at sunrise. Tour the caves, hear of the Aboriginal Dreamtine, visit the Cultural Center
Day 7 Ayers Rock to Cairns
Free morning at Ayers Rock resort. Flight to Cairns including transfers
Day 8 Cairns/Rainforest
Join the famous Kuranda train for a breathtaking rail journey. Stoll through the Kuranda markets. Return to the lowlands via Sky rail above the rainforest canopy. Visit Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park, where the legends of the Dreamtime are brought to life.
Day 10 Sydney
Flight from Cairns including transfers. Remainder of day in Sydney at your leisure.
Day 11 Sydney
City Sights morning tour. See the Opera House, Royal Botanic Gardens, Mrs. Macquarie’s Chair. Visit Bondi Beach, Sydney Harbour Lunch Cruise and the afternoon visit to Manly surf beach.
Day 12 Sydney
Blue Mountaqins visit, including Featherdale Wildlife Park, Skyway and Scenic Railway, and view of the Three Sisters and Homebush Bay (site of 2000 Olympic Games) en route back to Sydney.
Day 13 Sydney
Transfer to Sydney airport for you onward flight

Day 1. Auckland
Arrive and transfer to Auckland hotel and the rest of day at leisure.
Day 2 Rotorua
Travel south to the Waitomo Caves complex for a BBQ lunch and guided tour of the famous Glow worm Grotto. Enjoy the evening in Rotorua with the Maori Hangi dinner, followed by a concert including the spectacular Kaka, Poi dance and traditional Maori songs
Day 3 Rotorua to Queenstown
See gyres and boiling mud pools at Whakarewarewa thermal Reserve, wildlife at Rainbow springs and a performing sheep show at the Rainbow Farm. Transfer to Rotorua Airport for early afternoon flight to Queenstown; evening at leisure.
Day 4 Queenstown/Milford Sound
Journey over the Devil’s Staircase and along Lake Wakatipu’s shore to Te Anau, gateway to the Fjordland National Park. Cruise on Milford Sound with Bowen Falls and Miltre Peak high above.
Day 5 Queenstown
Full day at leisure
Day 6 Fox Glacier & Franz Josef
Head north along the rugged West coast to Fox Glacier. Overnight in Franz Josef
Day 7 Franz Joseph to Christchurch
Travel Greymouth and board the famous TranzAlpine, one of the 6 top train journeys in the world. Traverse the Southern Alps and across the Canterbury Plains to Christchurch.
Day 8 Christchurch
Transfer to Christchurch Airport for you home bound flight
